What is CFT?
Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) is a non-invasive, powerful way to address health issues. CFT unwinds fascia which allows cerebrospinal fluid to flow more freely from your brain, down your spine, and into your body to deliver nutrients, remove toxins, and release tension.
The gentle techniques of CFT can release years of tension and strain in adults and is highly recommended for newborns, infants, and children.
CFT addresses and supports many common issues in babies such as tongue ties, torticollis, nursing/feeding difficulties, digestive pains/ issues,
nervous system regulation, attention deficit issues, allergies, earaches, and more.

About Me
I’m Callai Reed Carroll. My first name is pronounced like “Cali”.
I’m a mother, Craniosacral Fascial Therapist, pre and postnatal yoga teacher, baby & me instructor, trained birth doula, and more. I also have a background in child development, psychology, and language acquisition. I live in Maryland with my extraordinary family.
Struggles with my own daughter after she was born sent me down a very long and winding path towards finding solutions for her and our family. We pursued many therapies and saw a fair share of specialists (chiropractic, CST, PT/OT, SLP/OMT, several lactation/IBCLCs, and more) until we finally found Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) which was one of the modalities that helped immensely.
I have since learned the fascial system is commonly overlooked in conventional medicine and is a crucial missing piece to restoring peace and health in the body and, in essence, the family dynamic. An unhappy, fussy baby or child may simply be suffering from tight connective tissue (fascia) which can be released with CFT. Instead, parents are led to believe that many uncomfortable struggles are normal and will be outgrown. CFT is extremely beneficial for babies before and after oral tie (tongue/lip) releases.
Although my passion is working on infants and children, I also believe anyone can benefit from CFT no matter your age because we all have tension and compensation patterns in our bodies that we’ve accumulated from injuries, surgeries, traumas, sports, accidents, pregnancy, and more. Mothers benefit immensely from CFT due to the stress, strain, and structural changes created in pregnancy and from carrying/feeding babies and young children.
If you are interested in learning more about CFT, I would love to hear from you and support your family’s health goals. Please reach out!
